How can you do a screenshot? Just press Print Screen key and check on mu folder

Then you need to upload it, forum itself gives and upload option. Otherwise I suggest you to use some hosting site like imageshack.us

Also to make a SS, on some pcs/laptops it may be "Fn + prt sc" button combination.

You can then upload it here, using the "Host an image" button.
